Colocation Expert
The Colocation Expert provides support in managing products and communicating with stakeholders in order to tailor solutions to customer needs. The position focuses on working with customers and implementing new functionalities.
Job description
Tasks
- Management of the current product - prioritization of functions and definition of parameters
- Definition of product requirements based on working group analyses and guidelines from the division manager
- Maintaining connections between products in dynamically changing business conditions
- Communication with stakeholders and presentation of benefits resulting from the implementation of new functionalities
- Collaboration with the UX/UX writers team as well as designers and experts from other business areas
Requirements
- Experience in implementing new products and services
- Experience in the role of a PO, BA, or similar role
- Readiness to act in dynamically changing business conditions
- Understanding and identifying areas of customer experience and analyzing figures
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders in different organizational environments
- Understanding of the need to optimize the business (e.g., A/B testing, customer experience)
- Ability to communicate with the team in English at a minimum B2 level and in Polish at a minimum C1 level
