Communication Specialist Executive Office
Julius Baer is seeking a Communications Specialist for the Executive Office to create strategic messages and translate complex information into clear narratives. The specialist will also be expected to organize events for the Executive Board and other stakeholders and build relationships.

Tasks
- Creating compelling strategic messaging and translating complex information into clear and compelling narratives for the CEO/ExB/GWMC, in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, including the central communications team
- Overall responsibility for high profile business events hosted by the CEO/ExB/GWMC such as offsites, Global Town Halls, Senior Management Conferences and the Diamond Circle
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively with them
- Proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented and action-oriented approach to delivering excellent quality with attention to detail
- Taking on additional ad hoc responsibilities and tasks within the Executive Office
Requirements
- A proven track record in communications and events within the banking or financial services industry
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, fully focused on top results
- A structured way of working, high attention to detail without losing focus on the essentials
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English (oral and written), German would be a plus
