Tasks

  • Development and implementation of effective communication and business event strategies for the CEO/ExB/GWMC
  • Writing persuasive strategic messages and translating complex information into clear and compelling narratives
  • Overall responsibility for high profile business events hosted by the CEO/ExB/GWMC such as Offsites, Global Townhalls, Senior Management Conferences and the Diamond Circle
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively with them
  • Proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented and action-oriented approach to delivering excellent quality with attention to detail
  • Taking on additional ad hoc responsibilities and tasks within the Executive Office

Requirements

  • Proven experience in communications and events within the banking or financial services industry
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, fully focused on top results
  • A structured way of working, high attention to detail without losing focus on the essentials
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English (oral and written), German would be a plus
