Tasks

• Development and implementation of remuneration policies, programs and processes
• Implementation of the annual remuneration processes in accordance with relevant regulations
• Carrying out workplace assessments and participating in benchmark surveys
• Preparation of analyses and presentations for meetings of the Nomination and Compensation Committee
• Development, implementation and maintenance of benefits programs such as pension plans, life, health and disability insurance
• Maintaining HR information systems and ensuring the high quality of HR data
• Monitoring HR information needs and designing new or modifying existing systems to meet changing requirements
• Management of HR controlling and definition and reporting of various HR KPIs to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Certified HR Specialist or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• Experience in compensation management and HRIS
• Analytical skills and detail orientation
• In-depth knowledge of remuneration regulations and governance (VegüV/CH/EU)
• Excel skills
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Practical setting
