Tasks
- Development and implementation of remuneration policies, programs and processes
- Implementation of the annual remuneration processes in accordance with relevant regulations
- Carrying out workplace assessments and participating in benchmark surveys
- Preparation of analyses and presentations for meetings of the Nomination and Compensation Committee
- Development, implementation and maintenance of benefits programs such as pension plans, life, health and disability insurance
- Maintaining HR information systems and ensuring the high quality of HR data
- Monitoring HR information needs and designing new or modifying existing systems to meet changing requirements
- Management of HR controlling and definition and reporting of various HR KPIs to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Certified HR Specialist or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- Experience in compensation management and HRIS
- Analytical skills and detail orientation
- In-depth knowledge of remuneration regulations and governance (VegüV/CH/EU)
- Excel skills
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
