Leonteq is seeking a motivated Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Specialist to lead the development and implementation of compensation policies and programs, as well as the management of HR information systems. The ideal candidate has experience in total rewards, analytical skills, and knowledge of compensation regulations and governance.

Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Specialist in Zurich in the Human Resources department (80-100%).

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role requires the ability to learn, grow, and take on responsibility.

Tasks

  • Development and implementation of compensation policies, programs, and processes
  • Conducting the annual compensation processes in accordance with the relevant regulations
  • Conducting job evaluations and participating in benchmark surveys
  • Preparing analyses and presentations for meetings of the Nominating and Compensation Committee
  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of benefits programs such as pension plans, life insurance, health insurance, and disability insurance
  • Maintaining HR information systems and ensuring the high quality of HR data
  • Monitoring HR information and designing new systems or modifying existing ones to meet changing requirements
  • Management of HR controlling, as well as the definition and reporting of various HR KPIs to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Certified HR specialist or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
  • Proven track record and professional experience in the field of Total Rewards
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation regulations and governance (VegÜV/CH/EU)
  • Excel proficiency
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus (written and spoken)
  • A practical mindset
