COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, AND HRIS SPECIALIST

Tasks

- Developing and implementing compensation policies, programs, and processes - Conducting annual compensation processes in accordance with relevant regulations - Conducting job evaluations and participating in benchmarking surveys - Preparing analyses and presentations for meetings of the Nominating and Compensation Committee - Developing, implementing, and maintaining benefits programs such as pension plans, life, health, and disability insurance - Maintaining HR information systems and ensuring the high quality of HR data - Monitoring HR information and designing new or modifying existing systems to meet changing requirements - Managing HR controlling and defining and reporting various HR KPIs to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Certified HR specialist or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
• Proven experience in total rewards
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of compensation regulations and governance (VegüV/CH/EU)
• Excel proficiency
• Fluent in English; German is a plus (written and spoken)
• A practical mindset
