COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, AND HRIS SPECIALIST
Leonteq AG is seeking a motivated Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Specialist to lead the development and implementation of compensation policies and programs, as well as the management of HR information systems. The ideal candidate has experience in total rewards, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of compensation regulations and governance.
Tasks
- Developing and implementing compensation policies, programs, and processes - Conducting annual compensation processes in accordance with relevant regulations - Conducting job evaluations and participating in benchmarking surveys - Preparing analyses and presentations for meetings of the Nominating and Compensation Committee - Developing, implementing, and maintaining benefits programs such as pension plans, life, health, and disability insurance - Maintaining HR information systems and ensuring the high quality of HR data - Monitoring HR information and designing new or modifying existing systems to meet changing requirements - Managing HR controlling and defining and reporting various HR KPIs to relevant stakeholdersRequirements
- Certified HR specialist or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
- Proven experience in total rewards
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of compensation regulations and governance (VegüV/CH/EU)
- Excel proficiency
- Fluent in English; German is a plus (written and spoken)
