Compensation & Benefits Specialist (M/F)
The position of Compensation & Benefits Specialist at CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA involves managing the global compensation policy, analyzing bonus and salary structures, and preparing HR reports. Requirements include 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, a degree in finance or statistics, and fluency in French and English.
missions
- Within the Human Resources Department, you play a key role. You report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits and HRIS in defining and overseeing the compensation policy/specifications.
- Working alongside the Bank, you will address cross-functional issues throughout the bank in collaboration with the various HR teams, partners, and European entities outside of France, as well as those in the Africa/Madagascar region.
- Management of the annual Global Compensation Review campaign: defining compensation tools, implementing the Group compensation policy, preparing compensation simulations, analyzing benchmarks, analyzing personnel changes and mobility (in the broad sense), and analyzing competitiveness, stability, and trends;
- Development and implementation of a compensation plan following organizational changes;
- Definition, analysis, implementation of bonuses, payment simulations;
- Development of salary analyses and recommendations within international compensation frameworks;
- Monitoring the performance of relationship managers and producing analyses;
- Monitoring of provisions in collaboration with Management Accounting and General Administration;
- Processing of deferred compensation: calculations, payment instructions, and management of regulatory reporting;
- Preparation of HR reports and management dashboards;
- Management of the Bank's workforce projection database;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes.
Education / Specialization
- Academic background in finance, statistics, or data science.
Experience
- Minimum experience: 3–5 years
- Proven experience in a Compensation & Benefits role or in the field of strategic planning
