Compensation & Performance Specialist - 100% (f/m/d) - Temporary 12 month

The Compensation & Performance Specialist (m/f/d) will work as a temporary employee at Julius Baer for one year and support the implementation of compensation and performance processes as well as analyzing and advising on compensation topics. The position requires experience in compensation management and analysis as well as knowledge of banking and HR.

Job description

Tasks

  • You will be responsible for a wide range of compensation topics and related day-to-day activities
  • You take on ad hoc analyses, benchmarking and salary assessments
  • You support the execution of the compensation cycle and the entire performance process
  • You act as a sparring partner for our HR and business clients in all compensation matters
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to projects and initiatives to implement compensation design changes and establish new tools, products and process flows
  • You support the team leader in the remuneration and preparation of analyses and ad hoc reporting for senior and top management
  • You are able to learn and influence and improve our processes and tool landscape with your own ideas

Requirements

Personal & social

  • You have a robust ability to deal with pressure and high flexibility
  • You are proactive and self-motivated
  • You are self-confident and confident in solving business problems

Professional & Technical

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in compensation management and analytics
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the banking business and HR/compensation area
