The Compensation & Performance Specialist (m/f/d) is a temporary employee at Julius Baer in Zurich for one year and supports the implementation of compensation and performance processes. The specialist analyzes and evaluates compensation topics and supports projects to change compensation designs.
Job description
Tasks
- You will be responsible for a wide range of compensation topics and related day-to-day activities
- You take on ad hoc analyses, benchmarking and salary assessments
- You support the execution of the compensation cycle and the entire performance process
- You act as a sparring partner for our HR and business clients in all compensation matters
- You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to projects and initiatives to change compensation design changes and establish new tools, products and process flows
- You support the team leader in the remuneration and preparation of analyses and ad hoc reporting for senior and top management
- You are able to learn and influence/improve our process and tool landscape with your own ideas

Professional & Technical
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in compensation management and analysis
- Good knowledge and understanding of the banking business and HR/compensation area
