Job description

Tasks

• You will be responsible for a wide range of compensation topics and related day-to-day activities
• You take on ad hoc analyses, benchmarking and salary assessments
• You support the execution of the compensation cycle and the entire performance process
• You act as a sparring partner for our HR and business clients in all compensation matters
• You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to projects and initiatives to change compensation design changes and establish new tools, products and process flows
• You support the team leader in the remuneration and preparation of analyses and ad hoc reporting for senior and top management
• You are able to learn and influence/improve our process and tool landscape with your own ideas

Professional & Technical

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in compensation management and analysis
• Good knowledge and understanding of the banking business and HR/compensation area
