The position as Compensation & Performance Specialist (m/f/d) at Julius Baer in Zurich offers the opportunity to work in the area of compensation and performance management and to optimize processes. The position is limited to 12 months and requires experience in reward management and analytics.
Job description
Tasks
- You will be responsible for a wide range of compensation topics and related day-to-day activities
- You take on ad hoc analyses, benchmarking and salary assessments
- You support the execution of the compensation cycle and the entire performance process
- You act as a sparring partner for our HR and business clients in all compensation matters
- You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to projects and initiatives to change compensation design changes and establish new tools, products and process flows
- You support the team leader in the remuneration and preparation of analyses and ad hoc reporting for senior and top management
- You are able to learn and influence/improve our process and tool landscape with your own ideas

Professional & Technical
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in compensation management and analysis
