**Compliance Analyst**

Job description: Compliance Analyst

Tasks

• Perform compliance monitoring, including Rule 38a-1 and 206(G)-1 testing and maintenance of test documentation and results.
• Contribute to ongoing reports for inclusion in Man US Registered Fund Board materials and draft minutes for committee meetings.
• Assist in the review and evaluation of compliant regulatory filings for advisers and registered funds.
• Support in the annual review and update of policies and procedures.
• Support from consultants and the regulatory development team.
• Work closely with the compliance team and assist with other compliance related functions and ad hoc projects.
• The role should evolve over time based on the resource needs of the team.

Requirements

• Professional experience and references required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Taking initiatives with exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to review regulatory documentation and provide accurate analysis.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, organizational, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hectic environment and handle multiple tasks both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and effective research skills.
• Professional in Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems and understanding of Python is a plus.
