Compliance Associate

Job description

The position as Compliance Associate includes the following tasks:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance tests and monitoring
• Creation and maintenance of databases and checklists for the workflow of the legal and compliance team
• Assistance with preparing regulatory submissions and various email review processes
• Support in executing and tracking fund documents and contracts with counterparties (e.g., ISDA, prime brokerage)
• Opening of new fund accounts and contracts
• Document management and records
• Ad hoc projects in coordination with product teams across the company
• Operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Degree in finance or economics (B.S.) preferred but not required; strong academic qualifications
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment in confidential situations
• Reliable, flexible, cooperative, and proactive team member
• Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the job

The expected base salary for this position is between $70,000 and $86,000 USD.
