**Compliance Generalist (m/f/d) in Private Banking**

Tasks

• You will support the work of the Compliance team and be a competent and independent contact person (m/f/d) for compliance-related issues relating to the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), financial supervisory regulations (BaFin), EU regulations, employee remuneration, mandates and secondary employment,
• You will develop recommendations for action for internal advice to various departments regarding regulatory requirements and provide support in matters of cross-border and regulatory compliance, new product approvals, marketing materials and our diverse private banking activities
• You are responsible for and support technical compliance projects and optimize processes
• You check research and marketing material for compliance with regulatory requirements before distribution and publication
• You will also provide support with audits, the WpHG audit, the annual report and inquiries from regulators

Requirements

• You either have a university degree or a comparable qualification
• You already have at least 3 years of comprehensive and practical compliance experience in a compliance or regulatory environment, ideally with a focus on the Securities Trading Act (WpHG), Money Laundering Act (GwG), financial supervision (BaFin) or a similar environment
• and enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and German as well as good MS Office skills round off your profile; another language is desirable
