* **Title:** Compliance Generalist (m/f/d) in Private Banking * **Location:** Frankfurt am Main * **Working hours:** Full-time

Your challenge

• You support the work of the Compliance team and are a competent and independent contact person (m/f/d) for compliance-related issues relating to the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), BaFin regulations for financial institutions, ordinances, employee remuneration, clients and secondary employment, client classifications and much more
• You will develop recommendations for action for internal advice to various departments regarding regulatory requirements and provide support in matters of cross-border and regulatory compliance, new business projects/measures and our diverse private banking activities
• You are responsible for and support technical compliance projects and optimize processes
• You check research and marketing material for compliance with regulatory requirements before distribution and publication
• You will also provide support with audits, the WpHG audit, the annual report and inquiries from regulators

Your profile

• You either have a university degree or a comparable qualification
• You already have at least 3 years of comprehensive and practical compliance experience in the compliance product areas of money laundering, KWG/ GwG, WpHG or a comparable environment
• and enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and German as well as good MS Office skills for professionals; another language is desirable
