Compliance Generalist (m/f/d) in Private Banking

Tasks

• You support the work of the Compliance team and are a competent and independent contact person (m/f/d) for compliance-related questions on the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), BaFin regulations for financial institutions and credit institutions, regulations, employee meetings, clients and secondary employment, client classifications and much more
• You will develop recommendations for internal advice to various departments on regulatory requirements and provide support on cross-border and regulatory compliance issues, new business initiatives, marketing materials and our various private banking activities
• You are responsible for and support technical compliance projects and optimize processes
• You check research and marketing material for compliance with regulatory requirements before distribution and publication
• You will also provide support with audits, the WpHG audit, the annual report and inquiries from regulators

Requirements

• You either have a university degree or a comparable qualification
• You already have at least 3 years of extensive and practical compliance experience in banking supervision/regulation, compliance or a similar environment
• and enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and German as well as good MS Office skills round off your profile; another language is desirable
