Your new job

- Advise and support the sales units on matters related to the establishment and changes to business interests, particularly regarding the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and the KYC process - Advise and support sales units on matters related to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and embargo/sanctions measures - Conduct analyses of business relationships and transactions - Assess situations and define measures - Prepare documentation on regulatory matters and draft suspicious activity reports to the Money Laundering Reporting Office (MROS) - Collaborate on the further development of closing systems related to internal regulatory frameworks, data cleansing, and anti-money laundering areas within the context of the Group’s strategic direction

• A bachelor’s degree in law or business administration, with at least three years of professional experience in a compliance role at a financial institution
• Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate them in a manner tailored to the audience
• Skilled at working systematically, collaborating, and thinking in terms of solutions
• Strong communication skills combined with a healthy dose of assertiveness
• Proficient and experienced in Office applications (especially Excel), combined with a knack for IT systems and databases
