Job description

Compliance Officer - Control Framework 100% (f/m/d) wanted to strengthen the Control Framework team in Switzerland.

Tasks

• Supporting Risk Type/Taxonomy Owners in Global Compliance in designing globally applicable controls and data-driven monitoring mechanisms and monitoring rules
• Assisting local compliance control owners worldwide in implementing 2LoD controls, including ensuring that controls comply with internal standards and reflect regulatory expectations
• Monitoring the Global Compliance Control Inventory
• Preparing and/or reviewing presentations for various committees, including a dedicated audit committee
• Close collaboration with Compliance, the CRO, Audit, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent (preferably in economics, law, business administration, or another related field)
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance
• Proven expertise in control frameworks and compliance risk/taxonomy issues
• Ability to interpret data outputs, identify patterns, and collaborate with data analysts or specialists to define monitoring requirements, evaluate output quality, and refine detection logic
• Project experience (management and/or support) in the financial services industry; knowledge of project management
• Excellent knowledge of solutions such as JIRA or Confluence is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., German, French, or Spanish) is a plus
