Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Compliance Officer Digital Assets and DLT who will be responsible for monitoring and preventing compliance risks in the area of digital assets and DLT. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of digital assets, DLT and regulatory frameworks.

Your tasks
- Compliance activities as part of the onboarding of clients with a connection to digital assets and DLT
- Monitoring and prevention of compliance risks for our clients in the area of digital assets and DLT
- Independent processing of regulatory developments in connection with digital assets and money laundering
- Collaboration on general compliance issues, e.g. AMLO/ESE, sanctions, international tax issues
- Conception and implementation of compliance training
- Design and implementation of compliance training
- Collaboration on compliance-relevant projects
Our requirements
- Sound knowledge of digital assets (especially cryptocurrencies) and DLT (especially blockchain) and regulatory frameworks and industry standards
- Strong interest in compliance issues and enjoy working in the financial sector
- Completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences), ideally with a focus on law or economics
- Experience in the financial industry or with a tax consultant, lawyer, auditor or in a law firm
- Team player, proactive and communicative personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Confident written and spoken German and very good English skills
- In-depth experience with MS Office applications
- Ability to change and flexibility even in changing conditions
