Compliance Officer - Governance & Policies 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Support in the development and implementation of new methods and frameworks, as well as in cross-functional projects within the bank
• Apply compliance expertise and practical process design skills, as well as experience with projects and initiatives, to translate industry best practices into internal policies, standards, and controls
• Lead and/or participate in key initiatives to establish new methods and standards for the effective maintenance of the compliance risk management framework
• Support in planning, coordinating, and monitoring key roadmap initiatives; tracking budgets; and ensuring the organization aligns with business and compliance goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements
• Creation of professional presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations) to effectively communicate findings, project status, and business implications to various levels of management
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to track progress, identify dependencies, and proactively escalate issues

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in banking and finance, business administration, law, and/or data science)
• Stress tolerance, ability to handle tight deadlines, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong communication skills; ability to build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus
