Position Overview

• Compliance Officer - Governance & Policies 100% (f/m/d)
• Location: Zurich
• Employment Type: Part-time
• Department: Governance & Policies team within the Central Compliance Department
• Role Description: The team serves as the central hub for policies and standards and is responsible for maintaining a robust compliance risk framework, which is essential for meeting regulatory requirements, promoting effective governance, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance across our operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the Compliance Risk Management Framework, including coordination of the Global Compliance Program and regulatory and/or external audits
• Support the development and implementation of global compliance standards
• Participate in key initiatives to establish new methodologies and standards
• Collaborate with partners across all three lines of defense and with domestic and foreign Group affiliates

Requirements and Profile

• University degree or equivalent (preferably in law, compliance, banking and finance, business-related fields, or risk management)
• The candidate has worked proactively in dynamic teams, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative, decision-making skills, and the ability to take action.
• Quick to adapt to change and sets priorities with a strong focus on impact and process robustness
• Ability to handle stress, meet tight deadlines, and work independently under time pressure
• Good communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
