Compliance Officer - Governance & Policies 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Incorporating industry best practices into internal policies and standards
• Support for the improvement and implementation of global compliance standards
• Participation in key initiatives to introduce new methodologies and standards
• Maintaining the compliance risk management framework, including coordinating the Global Compliance Program and responding to regulatory and internal audit inquiries
• Interaction with senior stakeholders within Compliance and Business, as well as with the Group's international locations
• Collaboration with partners across all three lines of defense, as well as with the Group's domestic and foreign subsidiaries

Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent qualification (preferably in law, compliance, banking and finance, or business)
• Stress tolerance, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and the ability to work independently under time pressure
• Strong communication skills; ability to build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders
• Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
