Compliance Officer (Junior) with a Focus on Fraud Management & Investigations (all) 60–100%

Tasks

• Fraud Management & Investigations, Process Optimization, Process Restructuring, Compliance Management Processes, Quality Management, Reporting
• Departments responsible for addressing content related to the quality of bank departments in other compliance matters
• Support for employee training, training programs, and training materials related to compliance
• Implementation and Updating of Compliance Controls
• Preparing status reports and issuing statements related to compliance matters
• Dealing with troubled banks with partial shortfalls and/or risk restrictions and other issues
• Contributing to the Organization

Requirements

• 2 years of professional and/or research experience
• Completed degree (BSc/M.Sc./M.A./M.D.)
• Financial experience in the financial services sector
• Experience in the field of compliance
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency with relevant systems
• Strong leadership skills in dealing with employees and customers
