Compliance Officer
Migros Bank is seeking a Compliance Officer (80–100%) for its Compliance Advisory Team who can independently and competently help shape compliance issues and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on, developing, and implementing compliance measures.
Tasks
As a Compliance Officer, you will work independently, competently, and efficiently as a key member of our Compliance Advisory Team. We are looking for a person of integrity and adaptability with extensive experience who is eager to play an active role in shaping various compliance initiatives and projects.- Consulting and further development of measures to address and combat money laundering.
- Further development and consulting in the field of clinical intelligence from a compliance perspective.
- Updating compliance guidelines, as well as preparing and conducting risk analyses to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Developing, revising, and conducting training sessions on various compliance topics.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in cross-border services and conflicts of interest.
- Master's degree program (university, university of applied sciences) in law.
- German (fluent), French (preferred), Italian (preferred), English (preferred).
