**Compliance Officer with focus on governance**

Your new job

• Responsible for tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines or in the areas of advice on domestic and cross-border payment transactions, sustainability or conflicts of interest
• Advising line and staff units and committees on the implementation of the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to them, as well as supporting stakeholders in the feasibility analysis and implementation of new obligations
• Ensure identification, assessment and commenting on compliance risks as part of the annual compliance reporting
• Prepare and conduct various technical workshops, presentations and training courses

• Completed university degree or sound banking training combined with several years of professional experience in compliance, preferably in the banking sector or in a comparable regulatory environment
• Ability to think and act holistically, networked and solution-oriented as well as to work in a structured, analytical manner and with the necessary eye for detail
• A strong sense of initiative, responsibility and creativity as well as enjoyment of project work and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
• Courage to question existing frameworks, develop new approaches and assume their implementation with the involvement of relevant stakeholders.
• Confident and goal-oriented communication in German and confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels
