Compliance Officer with focus on governance

Your new job

• Tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines, e.g. in the areas of advice on domestic and cross-border private assets, sustainability or managing conflicts of interest
• Advising line and staff units and committees on the implementation of the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to them, as well as informing stakeholders on the market integrity analysis and implementation of the new requirements
• Ensure identification, assessment and commenting on compliance risks as part of annual compliance reporting
• Prepare and conduct various technical workshops, presentations and training courses

Requirements

• Ability to think and act holistically, networked and solution-oriented as well as to work in a structured, analytical manner and with the necessary eye for detail
• Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and creativity as well as enjoyment of project work and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
• Courage to question existing frameworks, develop new approaches and drive their implementation with the involvement of relevant stakeholders
• Confident and targeted communication in German and confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels
