The company is seeking a Compliance Officer (70–80%) for the Compliance Assurance team to work on the design, implementation, and further development of the integrated risk and compliance system. Key responsibilities include identifying risks, preparing reports, and conducting training sessions and workshops.

- Responsibility for planning and independent implementation
- Independent development and assessment of your specific risk areas and related reports
- Development and implementation of site-specific analyses to identify relevant risks at an early stage and support the development of appropriate measures
- Planning and conducting workshops and training sessions aimed at raising awareness of ways to address general hazards
- Active contribution to the further development of the integrated risk and compliance system with regard to criteria, particularly by addressing relevant topics
- Acting in a specific role, if necessary
- Evaluation and ongoing development of the CRC tool, including profiles, qualification profiles, and system integration
