Tasks

The role of Compliance Officer, Regulatory & Policy Management involves supporting the Head of Regulatory Compliance in maintaining good regulatory relations and assisting with the management of regulatory inquiries and various external and internal audits and regulatory inspections. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Head of Regulatory Compliance in maintaining regulatory relationships with local regulatory authorities
• Communication with regulatory authorities, internal and external auditors, and assistance in coordinating all regulatory inquiries
• Supporting the management of regulatory risk and franchise preservation by advising business units and infrastructure departments on compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies in Singapore

Requirements

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Good character traits with integrity, perseverance, persuasiveness, and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving skills, initiative, and decision-making authority
• Analytical ability in risk assessment
• A bachelor's degree is required, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment
• Experience interacting with the MAS and other regulatory authorities is desirable.
