Compliance Specialist - Conduct Framework: Employee Compliance

Tasks

• Analysis of customer and operational data to identify governance risks, trends, or areas requiring escalation in the area of employee compliance
• Close collaboration with colleagues from various levels and teams, as well as support for coordinated compliance monitoring efforts
• Maintain and improve standardized workflows, templates, and tracking tools to ensure consistent and efficient processes and support the strategic positioning of the team’s mandate
• Updating knowledge on key compliance issues, regulatory changes, and international developments
• Contributing ideas for improving processes, controls, and work practices, including possible solutions

Requirements

• Academic background in banking, financial law, business administration, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of banking operations, gained through prior experience in compliance or audit within the financial services sector
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Query, and data analysis; experience with EAF for data structuring, cleaning, and configuration is desirable
