Compliance Specialist

Tasks

• As a team-oriented personality, you contribute to cross-divisional projects and actively help shape initiatives.
• You support internal and external compliance audits with your specialist knowledge and contribute to their successful implementation.
• You will develop training concepts on ABC compliance topics and communicate content effectively to raise awareness of integrity within the company in the long term.

Requirements

• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in compliance functions with a focus on financial crime compliance, in particular ABC.
• You have a university degree in law, economics or political science; a CAS/DAS in Compliance Management is an advantage.
• You know the regulatory requirements in the area of anti-corruption (e.g. UK Bribery Act, FCPA) and in the financial services sector.
• You communicate confidently in German and English (verbally and in writing).
