Compliance Specialist

Tasks

• Supporting the business in managing compliance risks
• Identifying unusual business relationships and conducting AML investigations (including SAR filings)
• Responsibility for compliance with current legal and regulatory standards
• Advice for managers and client advisors
• Implementation of second line of defense activities in relation to consequential risks
• Ensure that risk frameworks are well designed and function effectively
• Independent risk assessment and reporting to shed light on our risk profile
• Provide controls, tools, training, frameworks, information and insights necessary for management to manage risk

Requirements

• Swiss degree in law or economics
• Ideally 2-4 years of experience in an analytical field, with the ability to deliver results
• Result-oriented and assertive
• Strong communicator, team player
• Reliable and resilient (in challenging situations)
• Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
