missions

The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks on behalf of our bank's Finance Department, including:

• Production of regulatory statistics (Datas GAP): Performing manual, quarterly, and annual checks of regulatory statistics for the SNB and FINMA
• Monitoring of Cleary's statistics (equity, FINMA reporting, and capital planning, mainly in collaboration with the market desks and in constant contact with the Validation team and annual support control)
• Taxation/VAT: Provide backup for all tax-related production and declarations.
• Responding to requests from the Finance Department: Daily tasks shared among all accounting staff
• Ensure that daily checks are carried out in full: Daily tasks shared between each accounting employee
• Optimization of the accounting production process: Be proactive in optimizing current processes, automating time-consuming tasks, and proposing more efficient and tailored tracking tables and reporting analysis.
• Participate in the project to implement new statistics

Candidate criteria

• Minimum level of education: Bac + 2 / L2
• Education/Specialization: Federal certificate or university degree in accounting
• Minimum experience level: 6–10 years
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in a similar position
• Knowledge of bank accounting and Swiss standards with strong technical skills, knowledge of financial regulations and IT
