missions

Reporting to the head of the regulatory, strategic, and project accounting team in the finance department, the successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks on behalf of our bank's finance department.

• Production of regulatory financial statements (Datas GAP): Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; compiling regulatory statistics for the BNC and FINMA (production, analysis, author feedback, checking IFRS publications for Credit Suisse Group)
• Preparation and monitoring of financial statements:
  • Closing of accounts, FINMA reporting, and capital planning
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements and accompanying financial statements
  • Strong implication
• Taxation/VAT: Ensure backup for all tax-related production and tax returns.
• Responding to requests from the Finance Department: Daily work shared between each accounting employee
• Take turns performing daily administrative tasks: Daily tasks shared among all accounting staff members
• Optimization of the accounting production process: Be proactive in optimizing current processes, automating time-consuming tasks, and proposing more effective tracking tables and reporting analysis.
• Participate in the project to redesign our processes

Candidate criteria

• Minimum level of education: Bac + 2 / L2
• Education/Specialization: Federal certificate or university degree in accounting
• Minimum experience level: 6–10 years
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in a similar position
• Knowledge of bank accounting and Swiss standards with strong technical skills, knowledge of the regulatory and IT environment
