Concepteur / conceptrice pédagogique (f/h/x) - 80% à 100%

Tasks

• Designing and implementing training courses that are geared to the strategic and job-specific needs of La Vaudoise
• Creation of varied and appealing learning paths (presence, webinars, e-learning, educational games) and integration into the learning management system (LMS)
• Production and validation of training materials (documents, videos, quizzes, interactive modules) with a focus on quality and monitoring
• Support and advice for trainers and professionals to enable them to use pedagogical tools and methods effectively
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses based on results and suggesting possible improvements
• Regularly monitor new practices and technologies in the field of learning to enrich the training offer
• Work with HR teams, managers and subject matter experts to develop training solutions tailored to actual local needs
• Promoting a culture of continuous learning by making training accessible and motivating for all employees

Requirements

• Degree at a higher level in pedagogical engineering, educational science or an equivalent field
• Solid experience in pedagogical editing and creation of multimedia content (presence and digital)
• Mastery of current tools such as 360, LMS and e-learning and blended learning systems
• Interest in pedagogical innovation and generative AI tools
• Skills in assessing and tracking learning outcomes (final assessments, skills transfer)
• Strong interest in complex technological environments and technical challenges
• At least C1 level in French and English; German is a plus
