• An excellent understanding of client needs and a reputation as a trusted point of contact for institutional clients as well as private clients and individuals.
• A client network and a potential portfolio.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, strong decision-making skills, and a high degree of personal autonomy.
• Extensive experience in client management and in identifying and leveraging the expertise available in the private sector.
• A natural ease in interpersonal relationships.
