You are thorough, quick to resolve issues, and have a good understanding of current retail banking and insurance legislation, enabling you to advise our customers effectively.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for your credit portfolio and will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Active participation in the day-to-day management of the agency (reception, follow-up, SIVEE)
• Implement the sales initiatives defined by the agency manager to ensure results.
• Follow-up and satisfaction, support and sale of new banking products
