Tasks
- Development of the customer relationship within the La Rochelle and Saintes branches
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services
- Answering and processing incoming telephone calls
- Receiving and assisting customers with the processing of files
- Ensuring the image of the branch
- Active participation in the creation of daily and cross-departmental tools
Requirements
- Experience in managing incoming and/or outgoing calls
- Recognize for your listening skills, your service orientation and your orientation skills
- Mastery of the necessary IT tools for tracking activities
- Ability to develop human relationships and connect with your conversation partners
- Excellent command of oral expression and good command of written expression
