• Offering the best customer experience
• Professional support for clients in asset management
• Advising customers on investment decisions and offering customized solutions
• Informing customers about personalized banking products and services (payment investments, trade bills, guarantees and sureties)
• Answering customer inquiries without deciding on the subscription of products
• Offering products and services marketed by the bank, adapted to the customer's asset situation (payment investments, trade bills, etc.)
