Banque Raiffeisen Moléson is looking for a Conseiller clientèle individuelle (f/h) for the Gäne region to manage the financial relationship with existing clients and attract new clients. The position involves advising clients in Financements, Placements and Prévoyance as well as developing business relationships.

Tasks
- Management of the financial relationship with existing clients in the areas of financing, investments and pensions
- Détection and development of commercial opportunities thanks to an active and balanced monitoring of the client portfolio
- Renforcement of the long-term relationship with the existing clientèle by supporting our clients in the realization of their financial projects
- Acquisition of new clients in line with the company's growth strategy
- Contribution to global development and client acquisition objectives
- Work in synergy with the other segments of the bank to achieve the common strategic objectives
- Active participation in client events, contribution to the company's visibility to the outside world, involvement in the development of the local market
Requirements
- Experience in advising clients on individual loans and placements
- Mode de pensée fortement orientée clientèle et conseil global 360°
- Expérience dans l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
- Esprit entrepreneurial
- Excellent relational skills and a keen sense of communication
- Good knowledge of the regional economic tissue is an asset
- Domicile en Gäne est un atout
