Tasks

• Advisor in the areas of real estate purchases, mortgage renewals, home improvements, and other related services
• Engage customers so that Banque Migros becomes their long-term financial partner
• Meetings with customers and administrative tasks

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in customer-centric service
• High school education in the field of banking
• Excellent knowledge of French; knowledge of German and Italian is a plus
• Ability to assist clients in making decisions regarding real estate investments
• A passion for sales and a strong focus on cross-selling
• Knowledge in the areas of preventive care and primary care
• Team spirit, a positive attitude, and adaptability
