Private Client Advisor - Outbound Team (all genders) - Lausanne - 80-100%Tasks
- You provide simple, informed advice and carry out transactions relating to our services and products.
- You compile comprehensive, high-quality documentation of CRM information and generate manual sales opportunities based on requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience
- Telephone or personal contact with customers
- Vocational training completed (AFP)
- Further training in the financial sector is an asset.
- Allemand (De préférence)
- Français (Très bonne maîtrise)
- Italy (De préférence)
- Interest in actively developing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and daily telephone contact
- Experience in acquiring and actively developing customers by telephone, communicative and professional attitude focused on making appointments
