• Inbound : You are the first person of contact who responds quickly and competently to client requests. With your expertise, you advise our clients on payments and savings in the Personal Banking and Wealth Management sectors. In addition, you accompany our clients towards the digital future and assist them in the use of our digital products.
• Risk management: With your interest in understanding the different situations correctly, you help Compliance to verify the transactions and the behavior of the clients. In addition, you handle the PICH matters in suspension and keep the client's data up to date.
