  • Inbound: You are the first point of contact who responds quickly and competently to customer inquiries. In addition, you will accompany our customers into the digital future and support them in using our digital products.
  • Gestion des risques: With your interest in understanding different situations correctly, you will help Compliance to review transactions and customer behavior. In addition, you will process open PICH tasks and update customer data.
