Corporate Broker Advisor (m/f/x)

Tasks

The following tasks await you:

• Development and management of a portfolio of brokerage partners
• Representing Vaudoise to professional partners and at brokerage events
• Promotion of insurance solutions for companies with brokerage partners
• Technical expertise and operational management, including responding to bids for a client base consisting mainly of companies
• Supporting brokerage advisors in difficult cases and participating in client or brokerage visits
• Planning, organizing, and conducting training courses for brokerage partners
• Assistance in organizing information events for brokerage partners
• Collaboration in the creation of advertising materials and campaigns
• Creation and analysis of key figures for monitoring results in the corporate sector
• Collaboration with internal departments, such as the brokerage department and administration

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Several years of experience in the insurance sector (external service, brokerage, company, or similar role)
• Training as an insurance specialist (federal certificate, federal diploma, or equivalent)
• Excellent knowledge of corporate insurance and the French-speaking market
• Proactive, autonomous, and responsible approach to work
• Rigorous and analytical approach to work
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills
• Team-oriented approach to work and ability to impart knowledge
