Corporate Broker Advisor (m/f/x)
Vaudoise is looking for a Corporate Broker Advisor (m/f/x) for its Lausanne office to support and develop the Broker & Partner Suisse romande division. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance sector, particularly in the areas of corporate and brokerage, and will be expected to build a strong network of partners and clients.
Tasks
The various tasks that await you:- Development and management of a portfolio of brokers
- Technical expertise & operational management
- Training, communication, and marketing
- Internal pilotage, reporting, and collaboration
Tasks in detail
- Development and management of a broker portfolio:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned brokers
- Representing Vaudoise to professional partners and at brokerage events
- Promoting our business insurance solutions to brokers
- Technical expertise & operational management:
- Responding to calls for tenders for a clientele consisting mainly of businesses. Analyzing complex files and proposing differentiated solutions.
- Support broker advisors on complex cases and participate in client or broker visits
- Participate in the development of new ideas, concepts, or commercial initiatives
- Training, communication, and marketing:
- Plan, organize, and lead training sessions for brokers. Design and distribute product presentation materials.
- Participate in the organization of our broker information days
- Participate in the organization of events (webinars, workshops, broker's program)
- Contribute to Broker News & promotional activities
- Internal piloting, reporting, and collaboration:
- Develop and analyze dashboards to track the results of the business units
- Propose corrective measures if necessary and define key indicators
- Collaborate with management units, underwriters, and the brokerage division
- Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., continuous improvement, lean management, etc.)
Requirements
What makes you unique:- Several years of experience in the insurance sector (external service, brokerage, corporate branches, or similar role)
- Insurance specialist training (federal certificate, federal diploma, or equivalent). AFA certification and/or FINMA registration is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of business insurance and the French-speaking Swiss market
- You are proactive, independent, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- You work meticulously and demonstrate planning and analytical skills.
- Highly sociable, you are naturally at ease with partners, clients, and internal teams.
- You communicate and negotiate easily both internally and externally. Knowledge of other languages is a significant asset.
- You enjoy working in a team and know how to pass on your knowledge.
