- Vous assurerez la gestion et le développement d'un portefeuille de clients privés.
- Vous conseillerez les clients en matière de prestations de base, de prévoyance, de placements et de petits crédits.
- Vous participarez à des actions marketing ciblées en vue de vendre nos prestations et d'acquérir de nouveaux clients.
- Vous animatez notre zone d'accueil de manière proactive afin d'accompagner nos clients et de déceler leurs besoins.
- You will manage the counter service and self-service machines to ensure perfect availability.
Requirements
- You have a commercial education with experience in customer service and advice as well as in the management of client portfolios.
- Vous bénéficiez d'excellentes capacités de vente, vous aimez le contact et faites preuve d'aisance relationnelle.
- You are dynamic, pragmatic and enjoy working in a team.
- Vous êtes capable de gérer vos priorités et de travailler de manière autonome.
- Vos connaissances linguistiques sont un atout.
