Job description

Advisor (m/f/x) 100% in Lausanne, Switzerland. To support the existing team at our general management agency, which offers our clients high-level services in the handling of their affairs, we are looking for an advisor to develop its network of advisors dealing with the Group's employees and their own clients.

Tasks

The various tasks that await you:

• Identify and analyze the insurance coverage needs of our colleagues at headquarters (employees);
• Plan, organize, and follow up with our internal clients in the context of assigned tasks, sales initiatives, and/or client events.

Requirements

What makes you unique:

• Title of a CFC;
• AFA intermediary certification, an asset;
• Professional experience in sales, experience in insurance is an asset;
• Native French speaker, German an asset.

In addition, you are open-minded and have good analytical skills. Motivated, enterprising, independent, and able to work under pressure, you are comfortable interacting with others and fit well into a team.
