Job description

Advisor (m/f/x) 100% in Lausanne, Switzerland. We are looking for an experienced advisor to support our team and build a network of advisors who will look after the group's employees and their customers.

Tasks

The following tasks await you:

• Identification and analysis of the insurance needs of our employees at headquarters
• Planning, organizing, and following up with our internal customers in connection with orders, sales campaigns, and customer events

Requirements

You have the following qualifications:

• A CFC degree
• Certification as an AFA intermediary (an advantage)
• Professional experience in sales, ideally in the insurance sector
• French as mother tongue, German is an advantage

You should also be open-minded, analytical, motivated, entrepreneurial, autonomous, and able to work under pressure. Good communication skills and the ability to fit into a team are also required.
