Vaudoise is seeking an experienced insurance advisor (m/f/x) in Lausanne who is a native French speaker and holds an EBA certification to manage and develop an existing client portfolio. The candidate should be entrepreneurial, skilled in negotiation, and customer-focused.
The various tasks that await you:
- Contribute to the further development of an existing client portfolio
- Déceler les besoins de la clientèle et soumettre des solutions adaptées
- Work closely with the staff of the general agency
Votre profil :
- Titulaire d'un CFC
- Expérience professionnelle dans le conseil en assurances
- Langue maternelle française
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are adaptable, possess strong negotiation skills, are customer-focused, curious, and well-integrated into the region’s social and economic community
