Vos missions au quotidien

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, every day
• Welcome and assist customers across the bank’s various communication channels, and handle their requests with respect and courtesy
• You will inform and advise customers about the products and services we offer at our agency and will be able to handle simple customer complaints
• You will perform administrative tasks and help ensure the smooth operation of the agency

• As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a true expert in customer relations across five communication channels (in-person, phone, video, mail, and digital)
• You will be paired with a Client Advisor. You will work closely with the other advisors at your branch and play a key role within the team
• Tools and training will be made available to help you succeed
