Providing the best customer experience is our mission! Advising Senior and Lucius on financing their projects, sometimes urgently! That is what your role is all about. You are responsible for the quality of service and ensure that every customer is satisfied. After identifying the needs and expectations of customers, you offer them products and services tailored to their profile.

Your tasks

Develop and expand the commercial offering:

• Support and advise your clients in their projects
• Propose and discuss products and services tailored to their profile
• Developing our clients' service offerings (wealth management and private banking)

Have you already had your first rewarding experience and participated in our adventure as a Customer Advisor? We are looking for talented individuals who know how to analyze, persuade, and build loyalty. Corporate clients are demanding and the challenges are numerous. Two to three years of experience in a wealth management consulting firm would be a plus.
